  • Why do all the services say "Sold Out"?

    Good question I’m not actually sold out! I use Squarespace to list my services, but instead of using their online store checkout, I handle all bookings through my dedicated Appointments Page. The "Sold Out" label just helps disable the shopping cart feature.
    To book a service, just click the “Please Book Here” link on each service or head straight to the [Appointments Page].

  • How do I book an appointment?

    You can book directly through the [Appointments Page] . Just choose your service, pick a time, and you’ll get a confirmation right away.

  • Where are you located?

    I’m a mobile detailer based in San Rafael and serve surrounding areas in Marin County. I come to you home, work, or wherever’s most convenient.

  • How long does a detail take?

    It depends on the service and the condition of your car. Interior or exterior details usually take 1.5 to 2 hours. A full detail typically takes around 3 to 4 hours.

  • Do I need to be home during the appointment?

    Not necessarily as long as I have access to the car and space to work, you don’t need to be there the whole time. I’ll keep you updated and let you know when it’s done.

  • Do you need access to water or power?

    Yes I’ll need access to a working water spigot and standard electrical outlet within 100 feet of the car. If that’s an issue, let me know ahead of time and I’ll see what I can do.

  • What products do you use?

    I use high-quality, professional-grade detailing products that are safe for your vehicle’s surfaces. If you would like to know the specific products let me know.

  • Do you remove stains or pet hair?

    Light stains and light pet hair are included in the standard interior detail. For heavy stains or major pet hair removal, there may be an extra charge depending on severity just let me know ahead of time.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule?

    Yes please try to give at least 24 hours notice. Life happens, just shoot me a message and we’ll work it out.
